The plant modifications included the addition of a strainer in the headworks building, the replacement of all media in existing moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) tanks, the replacement of the MBBR blowers, a new building for the process equipment and the modification of existing supporting piping and structures. 澳门足彩app’s team installed a 1.8-million-gallon precast concrete tank, which includes an aerobic, anoxic, and membrane zone. Additionally, precast sludge storage tanks were installed to support the dewatering.
The plant remained in operation throughout the two-year project, so 澳门足彩app team members executed a complex Manual of Permitted Operations (MOPO) plan that coordinated tie-ins, equipment installations and employee and vehicle traffic, all while ensuring there was no disruption to the plant’s normal production.
