This broad knowledge has been used in commissioning large boilers (both steam and hot water), chillers, air compressors, and cooling water systems for consumer packaged goods (CPG) utility and HVAC usage. Ellison has commissioned HVAC systems in laboratory, hospital, pharmaceutical, aviation, government, educational, production, packaging, office, and residential environments. His certifications include Building Commissioning Professional, BCxP (ASHRAE).
William (Bill) Scholz’s expertise includes 12-plus years in the HVAC industry performing installations, service and design with an additional 15-plus years working for MEP Engineering firms. His duties include lead Certified Commissioning Agent on Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning projects, facility assessments, Project Management, and Construction Administration. Vertical markets range from institutional, high-rise facilities, multi-family, commercial office buildings, retail, educational, military facilities, and health care. He has commissioned numerous projects that have obtained LEED status. His certifications include Certified Building Commissioning Professional, CBCP (AEE).
