As leader of Construction & Manufacturing, Mike has broad responsibilities to assure excellence in project execution. Mike’s responsibilities include project staffing, scheduling, vendor management, self-performance teams for steel, concrete, and process mechanical, and many other facets of project management, all designed to deliver certainty of outcome for clients.
